Design and Technology

All children, given the opportunities, naturally love the business of inventing, designing and making products.

Following the recommendations of the National Curriculum we have built into our timetable a weekly session where all children will work with a range of materials and components. The children will not only apply acquired skills, knowledge and understanding but will also be encouraged to draw upon their own experiences to help generate new and better ideas.
